I will definitely try to update the proposed pages and make modifications where necessary.

I will be taking up this task towards the end of my internship.

May I create a separate branch called mallard-help on epiphany repository on git.gnome.org/epiphany?

As it would be easier for my mentor, the developers and maintainers to review the help pages.

There has been some work on a mallard manual.
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=668110

But this proposal hasn't been updated since 3.4. If you wish it would be
great to amend this to fit new features.
