Much simpler code of yours.
BTW. there seems to be an issue with epiphany sometimes, that though
there are no visible windows, epiphany-browser process is still
running.
That's way you may have issues reloading with new extensions.
Dunno, perhaps there is some timeout of single process instance
waiting just a bit longer, just in case user wants to start another
browser window.
