I just noticed that ctrl-clicking a link to a PDF file didn't open a new epiphany window. Instead only a what-do-you-want-to-do-with-this-file dialogue popped up. Even when clicking on the link the new epiphany window just flashed by before the dialogue appeared (the link is in a blog post that I read through Google Reader so all links open in new windows). I'm sure I used to have to close empty windows just a few months ago in both of these cases. This is brilliant!
