sorry for the late reply, you email was in my spam folder. I'm the
current easytag translator into German, but I did not start this.
AFAIK you have to du the following:
1. clone the git repository from
git://easytag.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/easytag/easytag
2. edit configure.in and add the Persian language code to ALL_LINGUAS
3. create the new po-file for Persian in the po/ directory based on easytag.pot
4. build and test

You can then send a pull-request or a patch to this mailing list.
