Re: dia and fonts

Thanks.

Is there any plan to make objects use the underline functionality outside of the UMD/node.c object?

Hi,

Take a look at objects/UML/node.c . In the node_draw() function, code at the end of the function realizes
underlining.

node.c:257:

 for (i = 0; i < node->name->numlines; i++)
{ points[1].x = points[0].x + node->name->row_width[i];
     renderer_ops->draw_line(renderer, points, points + 1, &color_black);
     points[0].y = points[1].y += node->name->height;
   }

Good day.

Hopefully this is an oversight on my part and I am missing a glaring
misconfiguration.

How can I underline text in dia?

This seems to be a function of the fonts as some fonts in the text
properties contain different attributes, but no underline capability is
listed in my font settings.

I am running dia v0.94 on Debian stable.

Thanks.
