    plug-ins: fix #8548 export to mng not working
    
    Due to a typo in the config property "default-delay", loading of that
    option and the ones after it, failed.
    
    Because of this, default-chunks had an invalid value, which made our
    export fail. After correcting the typo the export succeeds.
