[gnome-builder] rename: use destructive action for rename button

    rename: use destructive action for rename button
    
    Since we don't have "undo" for rename and it is very much changing
    existing data, I think we can consider rename a destructive action.
    I'd, at least, like to be able to easily determine that this is a
    different popover from new file/folder.
