    Remove ItemSimple::get_bounds()
    
    * goocanvas/src/itemsimple.hg: ItemSimple::get_bounds() overrides
    Item::get_bounds(), which it shouldn't do. Remove ItemSimple::get_bounds().
    Bug #721627.
