Implemented VCS profiles UI.

    * src/foiegras/windows/dialog.py: implemented default message dialogs (for
    reporting errors, warnings, and informations).
    * src/foiegras/windows/preferences.py: finished the implementation of VCS
    profile management.
    * src/foiegras/preferences.py: changed all occurences of URL to URI, removed
    gen_vcs_id() method.
    * data/preferences.glade: added an ID entry to the VCS dialog.
