Reject Bug-Buddy bugreports without any usable function in the gdb
stack trace. Fixes bug 393556.
* Bugzilla/GNOME.pm: Add function to detect if a bugreport had a
gdb-generated stack trace.
* Bugzilla/RPC.pm: Reject bugreports without any usable functions.
* template/en/custom/email/bug-buddy-bugreport-rejected.txt.tmpl:
Change it so it can be reused for when there is no dupe_of or hash.
Also remove guenther from the bcc.
