[COSCUP / GNOME.Asia 2010] postponed the open registration date?

Hi, Pockey and Emily

As Bob proposed and you agreed to changed deadline of CFP from 6/18 to 6/25.

We were planed to announce the conference program at 7/4, and open for
registration at 7/5. That means we had about 16 days to finalize the
program.

But since now we push the deadline of CFP to 6/25, that means we will
have one week short to finalize the program. There are only 9 days for
both of us to discuss and finalize the program.

6/18 deadline of CFP
7/04 announce conference program
7/05 open registration

Do you think 9 days to finalize the program is feasible ? The work we
need to do, it's to decide when is the plenary talk and we also need
to arrange the talks to match the break time, and maybe try not to put
two very popular talks at same time.

If 9 days is risky for both of us to come to an agreement, we can have
more time by postponing the open registration date. If we postponed
the open registration date, COSCUP team will lose the buffer of time
to produce booklets and badges, but we can still manage it.

So, how do you think ? Is 9 days enough or we need more time? :-)

Regards
-Rex
