[Anjuta-list] Difficult install

Hello,
I downloaded latest CVS tarball,
it was needed xml-i-18n in order to run ./autogen.sh
I dont' understand how to use xml-i-18n

Does exist an easy way to use Anjuta ?
I want to use it and don't waste a lot of time searching for various tools I
don't care.
This could be a suggestion, newbies love to download and run :-)
