[xml] Error in building libxml2 [cross compiling] [xmlIO.c:1450:52: error: ‘LZMA_OK’ undeclared (first use in this function)]

Hi All,

         with AARCH64 [ARM64 compiler] compiler, i am running into this error.

i believe this should have been solved by the team here.
