[xml] libxml2 smaller footprint

Dear all 
I need to decrease the footprint of the library. So I have
used the --with-minimum switch during the configuration
step. But now the xmlParseFile cannot be referenced when I
compile my application. What I need to add in the
configuration step in order to add the xmlParseFile function
to the libxml2 library ?
