[xml] XPath lower-case()

Hello,
I was testing some xpath expressions and could not get it to work
using the lower-case() function. But I noticed that some functions
work correctly, like concat().

lower-case() is currently implemented?
If it is, can anyone provide an example of its use?
If not, what can be done (or can I do), to have it implemented?
