I doubt you are using version 2.0 of libxml2 as this basically doesn't exist.

Originally the difference between production [1] and production [14] of
the XPath spec. use xmlXPathEval()

Those conditions are incompatible with the use of that mailing-list.
Remove them or resubscribe from a different email address.
