[xml] Porting on Symbian OS

Hi,

I want to port libxml for Symbian OS.
As libxml itself is very big, I want to go part by part. If somebody could
guide me on how to start
with porting I will be greatly thankful.

trionan.c is already implemented for symbian. Bjorn helped me a lot in that.
