+ default/fixed attribute/element values are supported now in 
conjunction with the XML Schema processor; this is not much tested 
though. The creation of those default values on the instance has to be 
switched on by using xmlSchemaSetValidOptions with 
XML_SCHEMA_VAL_VC_I_CREATE.

xsi:schemaLocation & xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation :
Use xmlSchemaNewValidCtxt with NULL as the @schema argument to activate 
schema composition driven by xsi. This as well, is in the "testing" 
phase and I expect some troubles to show up here.

Next thingy will be the identity constraints.
