Ok..  That is interesting..

Did you update all of the DLLs (Including iconv)?  What compiler are you
using?

Did you make sure you updated the necessary headers?

I used the supplied compilation, and I also compiled my own using VS.NET 2k3
And I have had no problems.

Ofcourse I should have mentioned that I'm using the precompiled utils 
xmllint and xsltproc that,
in turn, use the libxml2 library. So *I* have no code.
