[xml] Developer APIs description vai man command

I an new to libxml2 C Parser and recently installed it
on Red Hat Linux 9.0.

Please tell me how could I see Developer's APIs
description using man command.

I have modified MANPATH enviornment variable but still
could not see the description of APIs.

$>MANPATH=$MANPATH:/usr/local/man
$>export MANPATH

Please guide me over this so that I can view all API's
details via man command.
