RE: [xml] hai reduce the size of libxml and libxslt

The obvious thing to do is to recompile the library with only the options
you need.  Download the source from http://xmlsoft.org/downloads.html, then
read the directions on how to compile.  For UNIX, they're at
http://xmlsoft.org/FAQ.html#Compilatio.  For Windows, look at readme.txt in
the win32 directory below the libxml and libxslt directories.
