  Book "GNU Autoconf, Automake and Libtool" New Riders ISBN 1-57870-190-2
has its last (short) chapter dedicated to cross-compilation using the
GNU tools. Building and using GNU cross-compilation tools wasn't that
easy first time I tried in 92, but this has been quite easy since...
