I'll see first how easy I can cope with zilb. For completeness, I should
provide a zlib binary just the way iconv is provided, wether it is linked
statically or not.

According to the mail I get privately, I think many would be happiest if
everything, libxml, libxslt, libxmlsec and all dependencies not normally
found on Windows would be built in one big DLL.

I might try this for fun, publish it in addition to the regular binaries and
see the download rate.
