[xml] SCHEMA to C++ Class Wrapper Gen

Does any one on this list use a program that automatically generates C++
Class wrappers from schema?

I am moving in this area and I already written a primitive tool.  I am
hung up on "best practices" as far as the Class Wrappers are
concerned...  so I am holding off completion until I study a ton more
code.
