RE: [xml] python bindings on windows

I uploaded the installer (for python 2.2.x) to

http://users.skynet.be/sbi/files/libxml2-python-2.4.26-20021104.win32-py2.2.exe

I've used it extensively for xslt transformations only. 

Note that the following tests (in gnome-xml/python/tests) fail:
- attribs.py (ugly crash)
- error.py (error callback not invoked)
- validate.py (works but error callback not invoked)
- tstxpath.py, xpathext.py, xpathret.py (OK but memory leak)

I have not had time to investigate yet.
