[Vala] [Bug 657346] Support property getters/setters for SimpleTypes

Hello dear All,

Few month ago I've hit that issue
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=657346 which can be fixed in two
lines. It's been a pretty long time since then and several versions of Vala
was released. But none of the relases (and git head too till this moment)
do fix that problem. Moreover that issue is in UNCONFIRMED status even that
there is unit-test included into patch that expose that issue.
Could someone help me to help that issue to be resolved? :)
