[Vala] Bug 591972

Dear Maintainers,

Could someone look at Bug 591972?
I am depending on this. Some lower-level coding still needs the GTypes
of the fundamental types.

Most of them are OK, but G_TYPE_BOXED and those who deeply entangle with
VALA are not.

Since the `typeof' operator doesn't operate on `struct', `class',
`enum', and `flag', my proposal is to add they type ids into GObject
bindings.
