[Vala] Posix binding!!

Hello all,

Lastnight I made the first Posix binding!!

The vapi file have implementation of:

* fcntl.h
* unistd.h
* errno.h
* termios.h
* signal.h
* and some others

There's a lot of function, constants and structures in the vapi file but maybe are missing,
Please feel free to post patches, suggestion, comments, anything..

The vapi needs to be tested before i put in the external binding page: http://live.gnome.org/Vala/ExternalBindings
