[Tracker] does tracker support relational database

Hi, 
   i have few question about tracker database

1> my requirement is to have relational database in sqlite. does tracker support relational database in sqlite?
     if not then how it store data in sqlite?

2> can i define my own customize schema in tracker's sqlite database? if yes then how i can use it.

3> how tracker assign unique id to each piece of meta data of media file.

4> i want to use unique object id of meta data across the various application so can use the unique object id for my requirement.
