um trackerd does not compile with it

I changed #include "depot.h" to #include <depot.h> in tracker-utils.h
but still gives me weird error messages

I dont have time to sort this out atm - if you can fix then I will apply

yeah I will remove test-tracker-indexer as its no longer needed
