Ok. Since we already have RC1, we should call it as "RC2".  But
obviouly it isn't a candidate of the release. We should note that
"Another new feature "named tabgroup" is planned for the final release
1.8.0."

>From 1.9, it may be better to use 1.8.90, 1.8.91. (We stick to "rc2" now.)
