Well, I thought evdev would solve the issue, but it seems to not be
statisfying. I can't say much here (I'm one of those ugly persons using
sawfish but only 1 keyboard, only 1 monitor and only 5 mouse
buttons ^_^). I'll add the code back, but with a configure flag
(--enable-extra-mousebuttons), as I don't want my system beeing poluted
with this hackish code (there's already enough of that spreading around
in all areas of my machine).
