Wiki update

Seems i can't have a reply from freedesktop.org admins, so if there
are no objections i'm going to register a Sawfish documentation
project on code.google.com.

I've briefly looked to their FAQ
(http://code.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=10457). It's
offered a reasonable disk quota, actually 100 MB but expandable on a
project basis, but i don't think this will be a concern. It's not
sophisticated as the current one tho.

What someone could consider a big limitation is that only project
members or owners can modify or add wiki pages, and if i'm not wrong,
to join a project you need a gmail account.

Opinions?
