After 2 months, I remember that that plugin never worked for me (eather xfce4 nor GNOME desktop environment).

That is the error from shell:

    dirpath = uri.rpartition('/')[0]
AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'rpartition'

Thanks for your help and work (unfortunatelly I'm not a dev/coder/geek at all...).
