Freeze break request for Tomboy, no string or significant UI changes

Hey guys,

I know this is super last minute, and it's not the biggest deal if it
can't happen, but I'm retiring as Tomboy maintainer and I'd like the
About dialog to feature the names and contact info for the new
maintainers for this stable release.  It's a very minor code change
and does not impact l10n at all.  Here is the bug:
