Team changes
============

Frédéric Crozat will leave at the end of this cycle, staying just a bit
to help potential new members. He is investigating his replacement at
the moment.

Vincent will leave after 3.0 is out, at the end of the next cycle.

2.32 status
===========

We had many build issues at the last minute, but now it should all be
fixed.

Stable gtk+ is out, and glib maintainers know we want something on Monday.

No blocker bug so far, but there is a last-minute bug about Metacity
theming issues to look at [1]. We might want to revert this on the
stable branch and keep this change only for the next development cycle.

3.0 schedule draft
==================

Andre prepared a draft: http://live.gnome.org/AndreKlapper/Sched1

It's worth noting that 2.32.1 moved from Oct 27 to Nov 17.

Releasing on March 30th has risks associated with April 1st: slipping by
one day would be bad, and press coverage will be lost. We should either
move 3.0.0 one week earlier, or one week later.

Current idea is to push it one week later, and have a shorter 3.2 cycle
to release in mid-September. Vincent will mail distributors to see if
this can be an issue to release in April.

Release assignments
===================

Sep 29 2.32.0  vuntz
Oct 08 2.91.0  mclasen
Oct 20 2.91.1  lucasr
Nov 10 2.91.2  mclasen
Nov 17 2.32.1  vuntz
Dec 01 2.91.3  lucasr
Dec 22 2.91.4  vuntz

Moduleset reorganization
========================

Vincent wrote a proposal, sent on the mailing list. It needs a few
tweaks, especially for the use of the GNOME infrastructure.

A new draft will be sent, and then we'll go to d-d-l.

GNOME 3 status / preview release
================================

We will do a 2.91.0 release on October 8th, but it will not be a real
complete release, just a set of tarballs that build fine.

We need to make it clear it's a developer-only release, to avoid sneak
peak articles based on that, since it will not look like 3.0.0.

Matthias will take care of it.

AOB
===

Dropping swfdec & swfdec-gnome: Andre will send mail to ddl to discuss
it.

C# bindings: gtk-sharp is stuck on 2.12. We need to discuss on ddl
what's the right way to deal with this.

Using VoIP for meetings: deffered to next meeting.
