Dark Area in application window

Hi,

I followed suggestion in
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=722803 to fix initial setup
bug. But most application windows (eg: gnome-settings window) have dark
area (screenshot attached). I'm not sure where to report this.
