I also experience this behavior in Orca 42.3 and Firefox 102.

Shift+H also causes focus to jump to the previous search result's
heading instead of back to the heading of the current result

My gut feeling is to blame Google's abuse of JavaScript, but then
again, my experience is that every web page that is JavaScript
optional works better without it.
