You can't load presets with Ecasound.
Parameters should be easy, but not all LV2 plugins work. If you have
effects with two ins and two outs (or one in and one out) they should
run. The commandline would be:
ecasound -i source -o destination -elv2:plugin_uri,value1,value2,...

If you want more control, instruments or effects with sidechains and
other specials inputs and outputs, you might try mod-host. LIke Ecasound
it offers a shell like interface. You can start it with:
mod-host -i
and then load plugins, set parameters and load some kind of preset, as
of a recent version.
