/home/jude/.local/share/orca/orca-customizations.py succeeded.

I waited something like 15 minutes and after those two lines added to
the debug.out file were added, orca hung and went no farther.  I can run
speaker-test with alt-f2 once orca hangs and get static as expected on
the speakers and speech-dispatcher and pulseaudio are both also working.
