Re: [orca-list] talking arch new image required

Hi Majid,

quoting the webpage https://stormux.org/

Welcome to Stormux, the continuation of Fernando Botelho's F123Light project. Stormux aims to bring a low
cost, fully accessible to the blind, general purpose computer to the masses. Stormux is configured to be
accessible out of the box. All you need do is write the image, insert the card, and plug it in to get started.

Stormux is optimized for the Raspberry Pi 4. It runs the Mate desktop and is powered by Arch Linux.

Stormux provides access to the console using the Fenrir screen reader, and the desktop using Orca.

Best,

Didier

Hi Majid,

I am wondering: did you try the most recent tarch ISO:
https://tarch.org/download/tarch-2019.10.11-x86_64.iso

If not, please do it.

Else, I can't speak for them, but be aware that Michael and Daedra
are probably already more than 100% busy with the new stormux project:

hi there,
would it be possible to have a new iso of the tarch live iso?
arch linux have made changes to how packages are installed with
compression, which makes the last tarch iso null and voide.
i'm returning to arch linux after some time away and personaly I
require an up-to-date iso without sed up-to-date iso, I will not be
able to install arch.
thanks for your help and for the developers of arch!
Majid
