[orca-list] Muting window titles query

This isn't a bug report, but more of a 'what do I change'


So, I was working in Firefox reading some logs and no matter what I 
pressed, it kept repeating the window title. I'm using the latest 
orca-master here, but can tryy with the Orca that ships with 20.04 Mate too
