In orca 3.32, running in Slint, the setting of 'Speak
Description' persists, after applying it, and revisiting orca's
preferences.

Go to preferences, with orca+space. 3. Go to the speech tab and uncheck the "Speak Description" option. 4. Press OK. Expected result: After pressing OK and going back to the preferences window, speak description should remain unchecked and thus the setting should take effect. Actual result: The setting gets reverted and never takes effect. This works fine on Debian Testing (Buster) running 3.30.1 of Orca.
