[orca-list] Voxin speaks country states instead of just the letter

Hi List,

I read my email from NVDA and interestingly when reach the line below

NV access ...

I heard "Nevada Access" instead of N V Access. It also happened couple 
of times with different letter abbreviation. It may be alright with 
email but can be troublesome while programming code.

Is there a setting somewhere that I need to tinker?

FYI It happen with Voxin only.
