Hi Marvin, What version of Ubuntu and Orca do you have? I use Ubuntu 14.04.3 with Orca 3.18.1 After installing Ubuntu I got Orca 3.10 and on this list I followed the instructions to upgrade to 3.18.1 in 3 steps. 1. What things should i change in ubuntu. I am using orca with ubuntu. I did not install with speech someone else did the install the only thing i have done so far is configure orca to what i like.
