Re: [orca-list] Orca sometimes crashes when closing windows

Hi Nick.

That looks like the following AT-SPI2 bug:

Hi all,

I've had this issue for a while but have only just managed to capture a
debug.out:

Quite often when closing an application such as Leafpad, Orca will die
and I have to restart it with the Alt+Super+S hotkey.

I don't know if the issue is with the closing of Leafpad, or with
returning focus to the Nautilus window underneath.

Here is the very end of the debug.out:

14:45:14 - EVENT MANAGER: Getting script for [application |
nautilus]Fatal Python error: Segmentation fault

Stack (most recent call first):

If anyone would like the full debug.out just ask - it's about 2MB so
didn't want to post it to the list.

This is really annoying if I'm working in a lot of different files as I
have to restart Orca often, so if there's anything I can do to help get
it fixed I'll gladly assist.

Thanks,

Nick
