[orca-list] strange issues with an unicode character

hi all
While reading a fantacy series called the mortal instruments, by
casandra clare, I came across this name.
Dieudonn��.
Orca is silent when highlighting the last two characters. I tried on
mellisa's windows box, and eloquence says that the character is a "y
acute". I checked the unicode value of the character with orca, which I
got by hovering over it and pressing numbpad 2 three times. The value of
the character was
FFFD. I'm not at all sure what to do. I've already reported this to the
espeak list, because I'm not sure if this is an espeak issue, a
speech-dispatcher one or an orca one. Can anyone else confirm this? The
Name I tried to fix is on it's own line to make it easier to copy and paste.
