[orca-list] a minor issue in current orca master

Steps to reproduce. Run orca using wayland, meaning select the "gnome on
wayland" session in gdm, or lightdm, etc. Start firefox, it doesn't need
to be a particular page. Alt tab away from and then back. Orca will no
longer be able to read the contents of firefox. There's an easy fix to
this one. Just press the alt key to bring up the menu. That'll cause
orca to refocus, and you can continue reading. No idea what causes this
one, but it only seems to happen on wayland, it doesn't happen when
using sorg.
