[orca-list] Bug in pluma

Hi,

Using Orca 3.16, MATE 1.8, it happens, radnomly of course, that O!ca can 
no longer speak the text in Pluma (the editor), or the items in the file 
manager caja. Often after a alt-tab it becomes a problem.

Here is the output of the debug mode when Orca can no longer speak a 
file in pluma:

Could you tell me if it helps to know where's the problem? Is it a pluma 
bug?
