As far as I know there isn't any way to do what you want. Once upon a
time I thought installing NVDA inside Wine would give me access to
Windows apps too, but I found out in a hurry that besides requiring a
lot of dependencies it won't work. Your best bet if you want to run
Windows apps in Linux is to run a virtual machine via VMWare Player or
Virtualbox. I have not found any other way to reliably get access to
Windows apps in Linux.
